Pros
You often get free cds and music related stuff from the artist they represent. Also tix to concerts/ gigs. Although you will usually get those more if you are a full time employee with them or if you intern with them for a longer period of time. Each department is very different though, since Sony does incorporate many sub labels.
Cons
Not to many downsides the people i worked with were very nice. ITs a very relaxed environment. I could go in jeans, flip flops, vans.... as comfortable as i wanted to basically. So if you are more into a ver structured company...this prob isnt for you.
