Cons
This company is still very much an exclusive club for the executives and unless you are in their ranks, you don't get much opportunity to grow. This does put the company on the back foot on some things as great ideas are not considered if you are not part of the right crowd or not senior enough to even be able to speak to them. The execs are flown all over the place for social events at deep pockets costs, yet the non-execs have to write a business case on an in policy expense of $5. Since the move to the new building, non-execs have to fight for space to just plug their laptops in while execs have huge offices that are bigger than some Manhattan apartments. Sticking up for yourself only gets you shot down even further.
