-No one cares about you, AT ALL. You can complain to HR until you turn blue in the face - nothing will ever be done to help you. You're pretty much on your own. -The employees are smug and snooty. You'll be lucky if you find someone to bond with who isn't phony. -Really rethink who they hire for management positions. As long as you step on people and kick them when they're down, that gets you into management. Otherwise, you're going to be stuck in the same spot for the rest of your life. They would prefer hiring head biters and vampires than civilized human beings to run things. -Don't EVER get close to your manager. It will destroy you.
