Pros
None - especially since they moved the office to One Penn Plaza, a real hole. The concentration is so much on the bottom line that they have trouble getting their eyes off the bottom line, and seeing what to do about it. The answer to low profits is to lay off people, or only allow new employees to come in as temps to be used and discarded. There's also a very deep good ol' boy culture going on there, where personable young men are promoting beyond their brain capacity. Additionally, if you have a problem, don't expect anyone there to back you up, no matter how right you are. Just roll over and play dead.
