There are some decent leaders at higher levels but their vision does not translate well through the myriad of administrators and middle management that the company uses, which is both wasteful and detracts from their mission.
Benefit package pales in comparison to many competitors as the leadership's philosophy is not to put money into the benefits, but rather have expensive (and wasteful) annual company gatherings (with Black Tie dinners) that are very wasteful and do not help accomplish our primary mission.
