Pros
People that work there are great. Other than that, the structure and c-suite do everything contradictory to their company morals and are huge penny pushers.
Cons
Processes are inconsistent per department. Everyone does their own thing in the way they think. People within the same department could do things totally different, and no one would ever correct. Leaders at times do not know how to lead. Pay structure for Providers is much lower than other agencies. Definitely industry low. Status quo is hard to break, oddly enough, with "innovation" being one of their core principles. Onboard training is completely absent from a recruitment position. None of the guidlines are met on rules of engagment, and the understanding of other departments is completely absent when starting with the company. It is very much so a "learn as you go" environment which is horrible for efficiency and company costs.
