Pros
1. Will get salary(low payscalrle)every month end. 2. Provides mac book pro. 3. Will get Rusk and Biscuits for tea( till the stock ends). 4. Have a good team abroad. However, less communication with team in India.
Cons
1. Low pay scale. 2. Very less appraisal. 3. Poor HR team 4. No extra activities for employees. Last time we had team outing was on june 2018. 5. Lack of people with good knowledge as Architects. 6. Will get chance to work under 2-3 managers for same project in a month. 7. No work from home policy. 8. Less cafeteria area. 9. Tight project schedule. Have to be in office on weekends. Effort estimations are cut down by management to please the client and keep the project in hand. 10. Was having a foozball and carrom board at office and it was taken away. 11. No room for learning new stuffs. 12. Not taking initiative to introduce automated test. 13. Communication gap between management and employees is increasing. 14. Good capable prople are leaving company and company is not even trying to retain them.
