Pros
Below are the pros I experienced during my tenure with Sourcebits. 1. Due to a small-scale organization, you will get to work on the projects for which you are hired, immediately. 2. People you are working along are quite nice and supportive but still you get some a** lickers. Be aware of them. 3. As it's working mostly on mobile apps development and the projects are small in size,so you would experience working in projects which are developed from scratch till it goes out for production. 4. For learning purposes it's a good organization , as you will be exposed to production related things in short time.
Cons
1. Management is too bad, they don't care about you as their employee. For them, you are their slave. 2. You would be called to work on weekends too. That too it was quite often during my time. 3. Salary hikes are less. 4.No activities outside the office. 5. Firing is no surprise.
