I have worked for SOM for over 3 years and have never been happier with a company. The leadership is committed to employee success. Their drive, dedication and passion to not only their employees but their residents is off the charts. With the recent Covid-19 outbreak and seeing how they are handling this collectively not only for the employees but the residents is breathtaking. I could not be any happier with them.
