Pros
Huge bonuses for onsite employees and really caring and down to earth ownership. It's property management, so there are still some difficult days but I've worked in the industry for about 15 years and for various companies. Some were good, some were not. This is one of the good ones!
Cons
Property management is not for everyone! You have to be able to deal with difficult customers on a regular basis, not take it personally, and still be professional.
