Competitive pay is the only thing I can really think of.

Cons

Everyone extremely nice when you first join the company but you get to see everyone's true colors shortly after. So much fakeness from top Leadership positions down to onsite team. They talk about how great everyone is and about their great team culture. As soon as you turn your back they start talking awful things about each other. A handful of long term employees that are just miserable. Don't know why they stick around if they are so miserable and unhappy coming to work. Lack of communication and misleading information given to employees that just creates confusion within the team.
