      Pros

      Talking to the elderly, also slamming the elevators with employees inside as a scary joke.

      Cons

      The complex manager that was there is a pos. Miguel was good, but the roofs we're flooded with water and dead rats were found inside. A dining server one time served a resident dead worms and claimed they were onions, but it's alleged.

      Compensation could be more competitive. But I feel its fair for the area.

      Awesome place to work. Other staff very friendly.

      Cons

      Pay a little low not just mine but getting quality candidates is hard because pay is so low. Residents can be difficult at times.
