      Pros

      I think the residents are amazing, and the staff care about the care they're providing to the residents in each of our buildings. We have a lot of amenities here at SPS that I have not seen at other communities. We are an all-inclusive environment and we strive every day to see how we can make our employees happier.

      Cons

      I cannot think of anything that comes to mind at this time.

      Compensation could be more competitive. But I feel its fair for the area.

      Awesome place to work. Other staff very friendly.

      Cons

      Pay a little low not just mine but getting quality candidates is hard because pay is so low. Residents can be difficult at times.
