      Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. Great people, great residents, pretty decent food and good team work

      Cons

      Decisions are made sometimes clearly based off money or profit that are destructive to the team atmosphere and individual people. Oh and you have to be a yes man or you get shunned.

      South Port Square is a fantastic place to work. The culture is warm, team-oriented, and truly focused on both resident care and employee well-being. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and genuinely cares about staff. Work-life balance is achievable and everyone here takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and care. If you're looking for a meaningful career in senior living, this is a great place to be.

      Compensation could be more competitive. But I feel its fair for the area.

      Awesome place to work. Other staff very friendly.

      Cons

      Pay a little low not just mine but getting quality candidates is hard because pay is so low. Residents can be difficult at times.
