      Pros

      I worked at the restaurant on both morning and evening shifts. The atmosphere was great, and the training they provide when you start working there is really good. The training lasts about 4–5 days, during which you get to meet every manager and learn CPR — it’s a really nice experience. They also offer free lunch for employees and bottled water.

      Cons

      The supervisor was often unfriendly and not very professional. But I heard there’s a new one now, so I hope she’s better. Other than that, there are no downsides.

Leadership is approachable, supportive, and genuinely cares about staff. Work-life balance is achievable and everyone here takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and care. If you're looking for a meaningful career in senior living, this is a great place to be.

      Cons

      Compensation could be more competitive. But I feel its fair for the area.

      Awesome place to work. Other staff very friendly.

      Cons

      Pay a little low not just mine but getting quality candidates is hard because pay is so low. Residents can be difficult at times.
