Pros
Great benefits, pension still included, and management is generally very supportive. Pay is targeted to be middle of the market.
Cons
For better or worse, young white males tend to not be promoted since the company is focused on getting females and minorities promoted into the management pool. Most of the time competent people are found to fill the positions, but occasionally there will be a marginal promotion due to affirmative action.
