Pros

I tried and did all I can because of my colleagues who always giver their support to one another.

Cons

We definitely lack the staff in the facility and we're always asked to stay and extend the shift. It was ok a few times but it took a toll on me only after a few months.

- Emotional support from DON at the time - Loved the SNF nurses and CNAs

Cons

- Unrealistic workload - Unfair expectations - Expected to do other people's jobs - The people needing to get fired wouldn't, they just get switched to a less workload in Acute department - SNF was treated less than all other departments
