Horrible board of directors who NEVER invest any time actually going inside the hospital to speak with the employees. Instead of advertising for a CEO like a regular company they seem to pluck some weird duck from ? Read all the reviews about the current CEO, they are spot on! Time for the cowardly board members to actually do their jobs! Get a decent CEO and advertise this time and verify credentials, degrees, etc. there is a website where you can do this. Come on guys get it together for this beautiful small community and the residents.

There aren’t a lot of other options to work locally, so if you live in the area, you could probably do worse than here. Other reviews mention the CEO’s bad behavior and they’re right.. he regularly behaves inappropriately with staff while at work and outside of work as well - especially if alcohol is involved. He also holds a grudge so if you end up on his radar for whatever reason and you want to keep your job, tread very carefully. I’ve seen him get angry at employees for being too competent - he needs to be involved in everything and micromanage, and if you don’t let him, you won’t last long. A lot of money wasting goes on here too - he’d prefer to pay someone full time to do basically nothing as long as that employee kisses up to him.
