No one can spend a lot of time here. The admin team is the worst. They will make you regret your decision to join!

Cons

The admin team was awful, horrible, and had an extremely arrogant attitude. They will be rude and disrespectful to you regularly if you are not one of them. It will increase your stress levels! Please avoid trusting them. BEWARE!

- Emotional support from DON at the time - Loved the SNF nurses and CNAs

Cons

- Unrealistic workload - Unfair expectations - Expected to do other people's jobs - The people needing to get fired wouldn't, they just get switched to a less workload in Acute department - SNF was treated less than all other departments
