Sales training, ability to control your paycheck by making commission on top of base pay, opportunity to move up and get promoted. People are cool. You can make a lot of money.

Cons

Can be tough talking to customers sometimes, they don’t always want to buy or listen to you, but that’s any sales job

Cool people, great meeting new people

Cons

Long hours and you get paid a set 8 hours but with travel time could be closer to 9-10 hours. Also they don’t pay for soliciting licenses so technically you can be arrested.
