7yThank you for taking the time to review your experience at Southland. We agree at Southland we focus on building great relationships with our employees. As you noted, we strive to provide many avenues for impactful mentorships and building community to thrive during and outside of work.
We are however, deeply concerned with your latter comments about the treatment of women in our MD office. At Southland we are committed to a harassment free workplace. We have a strict Anti-Harassment Policy that all employees are required to follow. We require mandatory Anti-Harassment training for all managers. Which trains on the policy and how to recognize/prevent harassment and properly handle reports. All our leaders, managers, and human resources representatives are committed to providing a safe environment to receive any reports of harassment. We are equally committed to thoroughly investigating all reports of harassment. These commitments are backed by our core values of People, Safety, Integrity, and Accountability. We remain committed to listening to any issues you may have experienced during your employment and encourage you to connect with one of our human resources representatives or myself regardless if you are a current or former employee, so we can properly respond to you.
