pay was decent the customers were great vendors were awesome also.

Cons

Leadership work / life balance promises benefits(only health) forgetfulness of management micro manage constant fear of being let go bullied by upper management.

Pros

My coworkers and the day to day work made it tolerable.

Cons

This place is a revolving door. While I was employed, I witnessed over 100 employees come and go. In 2 years that is a significant amount. Management is unprofessional, controlling and not worth the mental anguish you go through on a daily basis. If you are a puppet, then this an excellent place to work.
