Pros
The pay was fair, and co-workers were great to work with. Not much else positive to say about my experience working for this employer.
Cons
1. Expected to work 80 hour work weeks for months at a time. 2. Has disregarded labor laws and worked hourly employees 2-3 weeks without days off. 3. Some hourly employees get uniform shirts while others have to provide their own. 4. Places job ads advertising "full time job with competitive pay and benefits" when in reality it is a seasonal job through a temp agency without any benefits, and little to no intention of hiring individuals on permanently. 5. In general, upper management lacks sound morals, and are quick to fire employees. 6. Very high turnover rate causes long term employees to do the majority of the work. 7. Very poor balance of family and work. Management questions you if your kid is sick, and don't understand why your spouse can't take them to the doctor. 8. Company has 4 months out of the year where time off is not allowed. 9. Company offers a very basic benefits package but does little to promote employee morale. 10. Very limited advancement opportunities for those who enjoy dedicating their life to their employer.
