Pros
At southwest airlines you are part of a family. You enjoy going to work, because the company cares about you and your family. So, in return you care about the company and their family as well. I will give you an exaple. When i was in training in Dallas for a month to be a flight attendant, my premature nephew had passed. I did not want to tell the trainers because I did not want them to think I was not focused on passing training. A friend told one of the trainers. As I was walking to class i was pulled aside. She asked me if I was ok, and if there was anything that she could do to help me. I told her I was ok, and what happens at home stays at home. That friday, two days later I went to my mail box and found a card that was signed by every trainer in the department. I was saying sorry for my loss. This is not the only thing that makes swa so great. The flexible hours, good pay and great benefits. Supervisors who care and actually listen. And an chance to make life long friends. So, If you like to get paided very well, and want flexible hours and enjoy making people happy then southwest airlines is the job for you.
