I was a therapist at Loma Linda / LCK school. The school and agency communicate well with each other and feel like family. The job was a home away from home for me. All of my colleagues at SBH were friendly and always willing to help. I believe SBH truly cares about their employees and only hire quality therapists that have a passion for the field and the clients we serve.

Cons

The pay is low for someone living on their own.

I’ve been encouraged to bring ideas forward, and I've seen many of them come to life with the right support and structure. The benefits package is strong, the PTO is generous, and the flexibility around work-life balance is deeply appreciated. Most importantly, I’ve witnessed firsthand the positive impact our services have on the individuals and families we serve across Arizona.
