It's truly hard to find any, sad to say. Salary is good but below comps for the area.
Cons
I worked for a company they acquired and frankly I shake my head everyday at what Southwire is doing. Management is nothing but layer upon layer of people that none of which take ownership of their duties. They will spend absorbent amounts of money on "safety" but will not spend a dime on proper tools for the employees. They work their way into your personal life and do everything short of demanding you perform community service in their name. Hello? I already volunteer in my spare time but I do it in service to the group I help. I do not do it to make Southwire look good. If you are not one of the chosen ones or a good 'ole boy; you're out of luck no matter how much you bring to the table and go above & beyond in your duties.
