stagnant pay........only ONE 15 min break?! Cant't even get a chance to breathe because you'll be taking calls nonstop for eight hours straight.nEasily get burned out due to very high call volume. Systems are always messed up. When updates in the system are made the rollout is always done badly. That in turn makes our jobs even harder. When its bust your lunch will be shortened to 30 minutes(lunch is purchased and provided by SCCU though). Not much room for growth...annoying office polotics
