Pros
Great benefits, fairly decent starting pay, your shift more or less stays the same. It seemed like this was the best area to work in (besides sales: that department has way too much fun!) as everyone else seemed so miserable and overworked. Overall good team environment.
Cons
Middle and upper management were stepford-like and fairly two faced. Once you are in they will not likely let you move on to another department. Not for a good while. Their sales quotas require more of a hard sell on the agents parts than they lead you to believe in the interview.
