Great benefits, stressful position - Member Service Specialist Space Coast Credit Union Employee Review

Stressful/busy environment, overwhelming, not being told in interview you have an impossible monthly quota expected of you, long training at headquarters (different location than where your branch is) broken up into phases (about 3 months) that barely scratches the surface of what you need to do in order to perform this position, long hours sometimes (open to close), too much pressure, not being transparent in interview that the Saturdays you work will be at a different branch, favoritism, not enough staff to have things run smoothly, having to refer products to members with little training on what they are and how to do this successfully and correctly.
