Pros

Decent pay Training opportunities Okay for starters

Cons

This company will hire millions of bodies and use you as so. You are a number, not a person. They’ll pump out as many cases as they can since they work with a bank now, and as an employee you will be completely overworked and underpaid. Don’t expect relief, food breaks, or even a bathroom break unless another employee is in the same hospital and can make it to help you. 24+ hour shift? It’s possible! Ask for a raise? Not possible. Pregnant employees not offered easier cases or breaks either, still expected to lug around equipment and crawl under OR beds to troubleshoot without assistance. Female employees have reported not feeling safe walking out of certain hospitals at night; management sends them back shortly after. Company does not respect employees. Did not provide proper PPE for employees during pandemic. Not one single N95 and had to reuse the same mask 100x after fighting each hospital for one. Not to mention as a thank you to certain districts for working through COVID, they sent out hero capes rather than bonuses. There are so many better options.
