Pros

Training program and instructors are great. My one star is only for the training program.

Cons

The training program starts off seeming great but once you can do cases on your own they immediately start making you drive or even fly great distances when they don’t have enough employees to cover cases. By the time you actually know what the job is like you already owe them thousands of dollars if you leave. Company has spread themselves too thin with contracts and is still saying they want to get even more, which is why employees are made to travel. If you push back or say you have a situation that would make traveling difficult you are bullied into going even though travel was presented as being voluntary from the beginning. Even on a normal day you have to go hours without a break to eat, drink, or even pee unless you’re lucky and another coworker is available/willing in the same hospital as you. Good luck going to the doctor on short notice because you have to request a whole day off and use PTO, but again since there are so many contracts and not enough employees even requesting a month in advance is difficult because only a certain amount of people in your area can be off at one time. This doesn’t mean just the city you’re in but multiple cities that are within 4 hours or so of where you work too. Just be careful if you are about to sign the 3 year contract.
