Pros
Great coworkers and I was lucky enough to have a stationary hospital. Lots of opportunity for me personally to gain experience on higher level cases, instead of only doing spine work. Specialty Care's training program was also wonderful as well as the office staff.
Cons
The recruiter lied to our training cohort regarding salary and location of employment after training. Salary is quite low compared to national average. At this company, higher management does not care about employees. It is only about money and their numbers. It is very hard to get any type of raises even after showing and meeting expectations on higher level cases. Also, it is very hard to move up in management. So don't expect to advance your career with this company.
