Pros

Close-knit teams, high visibility to C-suite, tons of sick time, semi-remote/hybrid schedule. CEO is very down to earth and treats everyone with respect.

Cons

Mandatory minimum 2 days in office per week, outdated policies on dress code (no jeans/dress for your day allowed) and nowhere to take a break from your desk aside from conference rooms and a kitchen area with no seating. Everyone eats lunch at their desks. Salaried employees are required to fill out timesheet requests by the hour for dr. appointments, etc. feels very tracked/micromanaged. Health insurance and benefit costs are fairly high and coverage isn't the greatest. No corporate events or in-office perks for a company that requires in-person twice a week. Everything relies on your team to organize anything (lunches, outings, holiday parties).
