Pros

There are some talented, hardworking people at Spectrio.

Cons

Chaotic, unprofessional, and toxic work environment. Nepotism is blatant; advancement favors the chosen-ones. Many managers lack true leadership skills, resulting in low morale. Leadership frequently references ICARE values but rarely adheres to them themselves. Job security is essentially nonexistent unless you are part of the chosen-ones. Minimal perks, including a Bonusly program that could take nearly a year to redeem even a $20 gift card. Merit increases are often minimized or avoided. Pay is far below market, 25 to 90 percent less than comparable roles in the Tampa area. Interdepartmental processes are disorganized, amateurish, and inconsistent. Policies and procedures are lacking, and decisions are often made on a whim.

Pros

The culture here is excellent! The CEO even has open calls with the entire company to take feedback and questions. I feel valued and respected which I can't say for many companies I've worked for in the past. The autonomy I'm allowed in this role is priceless. No one is micro managed here. I have a tremendous amount of freedom and flexibility and the work-life balance is amazing. I feel that the leadership genuinely cares about their teams and treats them as people instead of just employees.

Cons

While I feel the pay is adequate, there's always room for improvement, especially as everything has gotten so expensive. That being said, the pros above makeup for it and then some. Frequent travel isn't for everyone. I happen to enjoy it and it works for me but I could see this being a con for some. Sometimes communication between internal departments can be clunky and slow. This is an attribute of most growing companies and I suspect it will improve organically.

Pros

There are some really remarkable people that work at Spectrio.

Cons

Executive Suite besides a couple is absolutely toxic and have so little trust in those they make responsible to run day to day. They weaponize HR as spies in both trying to get information and spying on the employees computers. They force clients to upgrade when not required and make people responsible for metrics they have no ability to control. Share the financials at the year end review not some padded presentation that is all flash no substance.
