Remarkable colleagues hindered by toxic executive culture

Pros

There are some really remarkable people that work at Spectrio.

Cons

Executive Suite besides a couple is absolutely toxic and have so little trust in those they make responsible to run day to day. They weaponize HR as spies in both trying to get information and spying on the employees computers. They force clients to upgrade when not required and make people responsible for metrics they have no ability to control. Share the financials at the year end review not some padded presentation that is all flash no substance.

Toxic culture, no job security at all.

I work with some truly amazing people.

Cons

The worst “leadership” team I’ve ever encountered. I poured my heart and soul into this company. Unfortunately, what I got in return was extreme physical and mental exhaustion. There's no stability here and there is no room for any kind of mistakes. If you are not useful, you are gone in a day, no warnings, NOTHING! But long before the layoffs, some of the company’s talents were already walking out the door. Just stay the hell away. They will not make it.

Company is trying, they are reaching out more to employees, trying to make it a better environment. Trying to make it easier for employees to interact with the executive team.
