Pros
I actually serve a split role within the company, one of which is community manager. Although I have held the community manager title for two other companies in this industry I would not do so again because none compare to Spectrum. This company understands the job requirements and offers outstanding benefits and flexibility to compensate dedicated employees. My direct supervisor is the best I have ever worked for in any industry, he and the rest of the executive team are true leaders capable of helping staff achieve greatness they may have otherwise not strived to obtain. Nothing compares to the flexibility I have experienced and witnessed since starting with this company. In my opinion any Spectrum employee who does not feel the company is flexible is one who has failed to accomplish their positions job requirements. Not all positions are capable of working from home, but of the positions that are it is a privilege that cannot be taken advantage of where one does not actually “work” from home.
Cons
In case you are not familiar the HOA Community manager role, let me say while the work itself is not difficult the contact with angry homeowners, demanding Boards along with the requirement to work some nights make it a position that is not for everyone.
