Worst company ever. Meat grinder environment! - Project Coordinator Spectrum Association Management Employee Review

We always appreciate feedback. We know we can always improve. The review is hard to read as it doesn't jive with my personal experience with the colleagues I work with. The owners and CEO are genuinely interested in the well-being of our employees, in my experience. I will agree with you that we live in a dream world. We call it's our Vivid Vision. We have a dream of creating a vibrant place to work where people can be themselves and are treated as adults. Our employees receive five weeks of PTO from day one, they have free access to an onsite health clinic where they can see a doctor as needed (unheard of for a company our size). Based on an anonymous survey provided by a third party we have a highly engaged workforce pushing together toward a common goal. We realize our culture is not for everyone which is why we take hiring so seriously. We are the longest-running "best places to work" company in San Antonio and our recent results were the highest in company history. We also listen to employee feedback and aim to improve. We aren't perfect and as a result, we will continue to work on the quality of our managers and company culture. I for one am proud to work here and the colleagues I work closely with feel the same way.
