      Pros

      I liked most of my coworkers and enjoyed working with the residents who lived there.

      Cons

      I did not like how I saw some of the care givers treat the residents with dementia. I also did not approve of their policy how they would give family members less than 24 hours to remove a resident with behavioral problems. Salary was low.

      Pros

      Excellent location management is on your side in this location. Very nice people very nice residence. Very nice families and overall a very good team.

      Cons

      Just sometimes there’s a little work drama, but it’s not too bad there’s work trauma at every single job.

      Pros

      The co workers who value community but no longer there

      Cons

      Almost everything. Work life balance was horrible. When asking executive directors for help and they “commit” to helping and it just ends up them firing you over what you asked help for. This company is money hungry they do not care for their residents. The accommodations are ridiculous. Practically nothing but an over glorified apartment complex.
