Pros

The co workers who value community but no longer there

Cons

Almost everything. Work life balance was horrible. When asking executive directors for help and they “commit” to helping and it just ends up them firing you over what you asked help for. This company is money hungry they do not care for their residents. The accommodations are ridiculous. Practically nothing but an over glorified apartment complex.

High turnover and low pay with unstable expectations

Pros

None. They are known for firing employees to lower costs. Additionally the President’s known outlook is to avoid any kind of raises as it is “money out of his pocket”. Max raise is 4% regardless of environmental or job performance factors.

Cons

High turnover. Low compensation compared to the industry. Changing expectations without any warning. Also you feel like working for Spectrum is sucking the money from the elderly to rich folks pockets.
