Pros

There are no pros besides the seniors

Cons

-Always short staffed-Below national and state average pay- Spectrum is terrible i have worked for them for 6 months in ohio and it feel's like high school all over again. The ED is willing to give me employee of the month award as i work 6 days a week and even acknowledges my work's better than good and my attendance is great yet won't even consider me for a promotion and my director position has been vacated several times.Of course they don't even inform me that they refuse to interview me until the new person starts. Also the regional manager exhibits the same behavior. When put on the spot i get "your works good, your attendance is good, the resident's love you....your just not ready". In other words i don't kiss enough you know what.

Pros

Excellent location management is on your side in this location. Very nice people very nice residence. Very nice families and overall a very good team.

Cons

Just sometimes there’s a little work drama, but it’s not too bad there’s work trauma at every single job.

Pros

The co workers who value community but no longer there

Cons

Almost everything. Work life balance was horrible. When asking executive directors for help and they “commit” to helping and it just ends up them firing you over what you asked help for. This company is money hungry they do not care for their residents. The accommodations are ridiculous. Practically nothing but an over glorified apartment complex.
