Hello, thank you for your feedback regarding our community. We make every attempt to accommodate time off requests, however, we are not always able to do so if the request is not made in accordance with our policy or in cases where there would be a negative impact on the services we provide our residents. Regarding schedules, where possible, we work with team members on this but our priority is to ensure we are upholding the promise made to those who choose to make our community home. It is unfortunate that you believe our commitment to providing quality service to our residents makes us "horrible".
