This company is only in it to take elderly people's money. The lack of compassion is horrendous. Every Christmas residents would like to gather money to give to employees. The company found out and forced them to turn it over to them to distribute. Who knows what actually happened to it. So many complaints from residents about food, activities, covid protocol. When COVID was going through our location, we were told by corporate to continue to operate as normal, we didn't listen to them and shut down, we still lost 25% of people. Their benefits suck and unless you are a director you make nothing. So I am sure the life savings of these people are going into the pockets of the top dogs.
