Poor relevant training for what the job requires, PTO is actively discouraged (many employees had tons they couldn't use that had accumulated since no one could cover), revolving door management, constant drama in upper management (heard by other co-workers), management will ask you to take on other roles not in the job description if short on staff (drive buses without proper training and licenses, perform building maintenance, cook in the kitchen, etc.), new hires got better wages with no opportunity for growth for employees who had been there for quite some time, numerous accounts of management bribery that I've even experienced myself, and upper management backstabbing/sabotaging (CEO Brandon was fired out of nowhere even after bending over backward to help us little folks. I don't know the context about that, but then Ms. Margarita one of the only janitors who had been on the team for many years before I had come along was fired too supposedly due to someone in upper management wanting her out of the company when she was told otherwise, and then we had a very promising employee get a promotion to be the next manager after Brandon was fired to her then declining it and departing from the company of their own volition due to, what was claimed, her higher ups asking her to backstab another employee to get it).
TLDR: Do not work here long-term. Everyone is clearly out for themselves and you won't be able to reliably schedule time off.
