They are understanding when it comes to family issues. They do want you to take work seriously but they know your family comes first. If you are there for a long time, they don't hover over you or micromanage you.
Cons
It seems as if the monetary compensation is varied. It seems as if you get paid for who you are and not the work that you do. If you are a man, you certainly have the opportunity to move up, but ladies not so much. Managers are appointed randomly. There are managers that have no idea how to do thier subordinates job. Workloads are disproportionate. Some people have time to take breaks and lunches while others struggle to do thier job in an 8 hour day.
