Pros
They take the time to listen to suggestions and ideas. Dispatchers are amazing. They pay for uniforms and winter coat. Offer free health insurance and life policy. Owner is involved with his employees , meets 1x a month with a person from each dept/division of the company to get feedback about thing’s whether good or bad. So far pleased with the company.
Cons
No “shelter” to fuel trucks to protect from adverse weather conditions. No shower if you take your sleeper off at the yard. Uniforms (still get asked in spite of looking “professional” who do I drive for. In the yard need to drive with 4 ways on making it hard to know whether someone is fixing to back, passing by or just parked.
