Pros
Regulars are great, managers are understanding and are flexible when it comes to scheduling. Slightly new to speedway comes a life insurance policy as soon as you're hired. I personally already have one but it's good to have available.
Cons
Sometimes it can be dead slow, sometimes it can be very busy, but that comes with most places. Employees (non management) can tend to be unreliable and unprofessional because they don't care about the job. There are no scheduled breaks, which can also mean someone can end up being "on break" for an hour and it's not recorded. There is no employee discount.
