Working with the employees and building teams. The pace of the job was good at the beginning
Cons
Put more and more responsibility on management and not enough people to do the jobs. Train someone then they pull the good ones and expect certain managers to keep training when other managers didn't have to. To many changes with direct bosses. No life work balance even though they pretend they care
