Pros
Good experience for business communication and vendor relations. You get to see how to pretty much rub a business and keep it stabilized according to a corporate model.
Cons
No room for creativity or innovation. You are stressed out over the smallest of things. You’re already working in the retail business where customers are tough. Having tougher bosses and pointless trainers micromanage you or not take good care of their employees makes life that much harder. Incredibly stressful for a career that doesn’t pay much. They need to change their training program and their bureaucratic ways as they continue to pursue other trainees. I felt exhausted and overworked. If you’re going to be doing this much to a new hire, at least pay a bit more (note: pay is NOT region-specific enough)!
