Pros

The work was relatively easy Coworkers were great Was able to take extended unpaid vacation times a few times a year.

Cons

Pay is horrible if you stick with the company for longer then a year be prepared to be making as much as the new hires. They say they have the greatest benefits in retail, but that is only for full time workers it is irrelevant if you only want to work part time. Management was always out for themselves.
