Pros

The work load can be easy when you're properly staffed.

Cons

The upper management of this company do not care if you're understaffed. If you are a 24/7 store and you have only 3 employees to work that store including your managers you better find out how to sleep in your car quickly because they do not care. They want their money and they want you to work till you exhaust yourself. They do not pay you enough. They're benefits are not the best in the world. They are a mediocre company with low standards and that's just facts.
